Berry Banana Goodness

Give your morning the boost it deserves. This smoothie is packed with protein and full of goodness, and the omega-3 gives your brain the jolt it needs. I drink it about 5 mornings a week and it keeps me full and alert all through the morning. So drink up and get your day started off right!!



- 1 scoop green powder (I use a barley, wheat grass & alfalfa powder) 

- 1 tbsp protein powder  (I use whey but soy, pea, egg whites, etc. are all fine too) 

- 1 tbsp groung chia seed (great source of omega-3 & fiber)


- Handful of strawberries, blueberries, and backberries

- 1/2 a banana 


- 1/4 cup almond milk 

- 1/4 cup coconut water 


- handful of ice 

Now stick all your ingredients in your blender or bullet (I use the Ninja,) and voilà your ready to start your day!
